Op dié dag word arbeiders van elke nasie en die bydraes wat hulle tot die groei van die nasie lewer, herdenk. Daar is ‘n lang geskiedenis om werkers te waardeer en hul uitdagings te erken. Die pad was nie altyd maklik nie.
